We want you to be completely satisfied with your new Gill product. If for any reason you’re not, you may return any unworn and unused item within 30 days of purchase.

How to Start a Return:

To request a return, please visit our Return Request Page and follow the instructions.

To request a return authorization, please have your order number and zip code ready. If you have any issues, please contact our Customer Service team at support@gillna.com .

Please note:

  • *Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • *Gill does not offer free returns.

Return Conditions:

  • *Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and hang tags.
  • *Include a copy of your web store invoice and packing slip for prompt processing.
  • *Keep your shipment tracking number until your return or exchange is completed.
  • *Allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.


For an exchange: We recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original for a refund.

Damaged / Faulty Product:

If your item arrives damaged or you believe it to be faulty, please contact Customer Service for a warranty review.
