Our standard delivery service is sent via DPD Two Day. Orders received before 3pm will be delivered within two days. Although we aim to get these orders delivered to you the next working day, this cannot always be guaranteed. Orders from the Scottish Highlands/Islands and Northern Ireland should be with you within 2 - 5 working days.
UK: Guaranteed Next Day Delivery - £6.95
Next working day delivery in the UK is by 'DPD Signed For'. Orders received before 3pm are guaranteed to be delivered the next working day. Orders received after 3pm or from the Scottish Highlands/Islands and Northern Ireland should be with you within 3 working days.
Please note: we do not despatch orders on weekends or Bank Holidays; if you place your order after 3pm on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be despatched on the following Monday.
Channel Islands - £6.95
Our service to the Channel islands is sent via DPD Two Day.

- DPD will provide you with a one hour delivery window, notified by SMS and email (if you have registered these details with us), so you don't have to wait in all day.
- If you’ve got time on your hands you can even watch the progress of your delivery on a real-time map. DPD will even tell you the name of your driver, as well as the position you occupy in their delivery queue.
As well as keeping you informed at every stage of the journey, we believe in maximising choice and convenience as we know you’re likely to be out on the boat/at work etc. That's why DPD provide access to a suite of rescheduling options both on the day of delivery and the night before, allowing you to take delivery of your goods in a way that suits. If you wish to reschedule, you can:
- Select an alternative delivery date
- Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour
- Have the parcel left in a specified safe place
- Collect the parcel from your local DPD depot
- Upgrade delivery to before 10, before 12, afternoon or a Saturday
Please remember all deliveries will need a signature and because we all enjoy sailing there's no one here at weekends or Bank Holidays so all times are based on working days.
NO QUIBBLE RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be totally happy with your new Gill product. You can return any unwanted item with a valid proof of purchase within 28 days of delivery of the item for a full refund or replacement providing it is unused, in the original condition you received the item from us with all packaging and tags supplied by us intact.
How to return items
Returns are free of charge in the UK when using the pre-paid DPD returns postage label provided with the delivery note.
There is no need to contact us when returning your goods.
- Fill in the returns form.
Please make sure your order number and contact details are clearly shown, as well as the item(s) you are returning, and the reason you are returning them. If you are exchanging, please indicate which size/item you would like instead. Place this form in your package.
- Package your item
Please use the original packaging where possible, and attach the pre-paid DPD label to your package. If you did not receive the DPD label please contact us and we will send you another one.
- Drop off your package
Then take the package to your nearest DPD Pickup Shop (there are hundreds all over the country) where they will scan the item and deliver it back to us.
We'll then process your return or exchange. Refunds are normally processed within 14 days, and made to the card used to purchase the item.
Alternative way to return items
Most DPD drop off points are located in convenience stores, and branches of Sainsburys, Halfords and Matalan. If your nearest DPD drop off point is too far away, you can return it to us at your own cost to:

If the item is faulty we will refund any delivery charges you incur. Please ensure you use a tracked delivery service.
