We want you to be totally happy with your new Gill product so we've made it easy to return your item.
You can return any unwanted item within 30 days of delivery of the item for a full refund or replacement providing it is unused, in the original condition you received the item from us, and with all packaging and tags supplied by us intact.
The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Customers in Australia, Canada and all EU countries (except Malta and Croatia) can return items using our returns portal where you will be charged a competitive shipping rate.

Once received we will process your return or exchange. Refunds are processed within 14 days, and made to the payment method used to purchase the item.
If you require an urgent replacement, you may wish to place a new order and request a refund for the unsuitable item.
Exchanges are processed in the same way as returns. We would recommend placing a new order for any exchange items, especially if it is required urgently.
If you placed your order on Ebay, please start your return through “My Ebay”, we will then give further instructions on how to return your item.
If you placed your order on Amazon, please start your return using the 'Start your Return' button above. Please have your Gill order number handy. This will be on the paperwork you received with your order and is 10-14 digits long and starts with "AMZN".
