Men's: How to measure
Chest: Measure the full circumference of your chest just below your armpits.
Waist: Find the top of your hip and measure the full circumference around your body.
Inside Leg: Measure from the inside at the leg crotch down to the ankle bone.
Women's: How to measure
Bust: Measure the full circumference of your chest at the widest point, just below your underarms.
Waist: Find the top of your hip and measure the full circumference around your body.
Hip: With your feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips.
