Gill Race Team member Tom Jeffcoate retains Scorpion National title

Testing conditions and a 51 strong Scorpion fleet lay in wait for Gill Race Team members Tom Jeffcoate and crewmate Andy Smith at the Lyme Regis 2009 Scorpion National Championships.
A perfect first day’s sailing however set the tone for the remainder of the championships, as Tom and Andy won the National title with 7 pts overall (five 1st’s and a 2nd place).
